By utilizing the consultancy or application support services of Shree Shyam Overseas, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Shree Shyam Overseas provides educational counseling, document review, and visa application assistance. We do not guarantee visa approvals, as decisions are solely at the discretion of foreign consulates and immigration authorities.

2. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing authentic academic transcripts, financial statements, and personal identity documents. Providing forged or misleading documents is strictly prohibited.

3. Fees and Refunds

Consultancy retainer fees and service charges are detailed in the respective service agreements. Embassy fees and GIC/blocked bank charges are paid directly to corresponding institutions and are non-refundable.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with legal jurisdictions limited to Panipat, Haryana.
